 ZIN/SYNC Discount

If you are an active ZIN/SYNC member in good standing, you are eligible to receive 20% off of your purchase with Zumba Wear Canada (excluding SALE items).

To take advantage of your discount, create an account using your name (exactly as displayed in your ZIN/SYNC account at www.zumba.com) and your ZIN/SYNC ID number.  Once your account information is verified, and you are confirmed to be an active ZIN/SYNC member, you will have access to use the promo code "IAMZIN".  If your account has not been verified, an error message will display at check-out.  If you are experiencing issues applying the promo code or creating your account, please contact info@zumbawearcanada.ca

Return Policy

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Regular priced items may be exchanged within 20 days of purchase.  Items must be in their original packaging and must contain all original tags.  Items must be free of damage and must not have been washed or altered in any way.  Shoes being exchanged must be new with no evidence of wear and must be in the original box.  Please note that the shoe box must not be used at the primary packaging for return.   Customer is responsible for the costs associated with shipping (returning item and shipping new item).  All sale items are final sale. 

All gift card purchases are final sale.  Refunds or transfers will not be issued.

Curbside Pickup

If you live in the GTA, you can save on shipping by selecting the option for "Curbside Pickup" at checkout.  Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.  Normal order processing is between 3 - 7 business days.  If you require your order sooner, please email info@zumbawearcanada.ca prior to placing your order to request "RUSH" processing.  An additional $5 fee will apply.  Rush processing is only available if agreed upon prior to placing your order.  Once your order is ready, it can be picked up at Dance Passion Studio #6 - 300 Trowers Road, Vaughan, ON L4L 5Z9. 

**IMPORTANT** Please email info@zumbawearcanada.ca to arrange a date/time to pick-up your order after you have received confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We request information from you on our order form.

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
